The Sunsynk Data Logger not only has Wi-Fi compatability, but we also offer a Wi-Fi and Ethernet (Rj45) version for the those of you who aren’t near enough to your Wi-Fi access point to get a strong enough connection.

There are 4 different user levels on our platform:
1. New User
A new user can create their own plant but is unable to make changes to parameters etc.
2. Installer
An installer can create a new plant, edit all parameters, and share plants with their customers. They can also change their customers user level so they can access certain or all settings / parameters.
3. Approved Installer
An approved installer can create a new plant, edit all parameters, and share plants with their customers. They can also change their customers user level so they can access certain or all settings / parameters. In addition to this, approved installers can also push updates and upgrades to their customers inverters.
4. Advanced User
An advanced user can create a new plant, edit all parameters and share plants. However. they do not have access to the upgrade feature and are unable to access the “customer” portal, this is where installers can set users permissions.
Note: When you first sign up to our platform you are given the “New User” user access level, if you need a higher level of access you can speak to your installer, give them your username who can then change your customer level and grant you access to some of the more advanced features.
